Concept Splendor in Southern Steeping
This project was unlike any other project during my academic career, because, rather than working individually, I was partnered with a fellow peer to create a visitor center in one of Georgia's southernmost counties. I was paired with the only student I didn't already know in that course, which was a blessing. She was a profoundly talented designer. My weaknesses were her strengths, and vise versa.
Together, we decided to curate a fine art gallery celebrating McIntosh County's rich cultural heritage, with a tea room utilizing a native American tea alternative, the Yaupon Holly, which is local to the region.
